At the AIPPI Congress in London in September, AIPPI is studying a number of very interesting questions on:

• plausibility
• consumer survey evidence
• copyright in artificially-generated works
• IP damages for acts other than sales

The Australian Group invites you to discuss the draft Australian group responses to each question at its Questions Forum.

Drinks and snacks will be served as we discuss the drafts and finalise the Australian group's position on each of the questions and proposals for harmonisation.

If you are intending to attend the Congress in London or want to become further involved in the work of the Association, this is a good opportunity to get a primer on the questions from those who have prepared the Australian group's responses.
