Marcus practices in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on intellectual property law (including patents, trade marks and consumer protection, copyright and confidential information). Marcus is a member of the newly-formed Emmerson Chambers, and was counsel for Redbubble in the Pokemon case. Wen is a barrister practising primarily in intellectual property (including copyright, patents and trade marks) and related areas.
Before coming to the Bar, Wen practised as a solicitor for over 7 years in the IP groups of two leading national firms and a specialist IP firm. Wen was junior counsel for the Universal parties in Universal Music Publishing v Palmer (No 2)  FCA 434.
