Please join us this Thursday 25 November 2021 at 6pm AEDT for a discussion of recent decisions concerning the grace period provisions afforded by section 24 of the Patents Act 1990 (Cth) and regulations 2.2 to 2.2D of the Patent Regulations 1991 (Cth), presented by Megan Evetts of the NSW Bar.

Megan was called to the Bar in 2019, and has over ten years of intellectual property litigation and advisory experience.  Prior to being called to the Bar, Megan was Associate to the Hon Justice Burley of the Federal Court; Senior Associate in MinterEllison’s IP disputes team; in-house IP Counsel for a major international generic pharmaceutical company (Hospira, now Pfizer); and solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons.
