The Australian Group invites members to discuss the Group's draft responses to AIPPI's 2022 Study Questions at an Australian Group Questions Forum to be held online on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 from 5pm to 7pm AEST.

As in previous years, the Group intends to contribute responses to all four Study Questions for consideration in developing draft resolutions to be debated at AIPPI's 2021 Online Congress in October.  The 2022 questions cover:

• Patentability of Diagnostic Methods
• Moral Rights
• Trade Marks and the Internet and Social Media
• Protection of Trade Secrets During Civil Proceedings

If you are interested any of these topics, this is a good opportunity to contribute to finalising the Australian Group's position ahead of this year's Congress.
