AIPPI Australia is delighted to announce Anna Klepacki, of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, as the winner of the AIPPI Australia Essay Prize for 2022.

Anna's essay made a well-researched and cogently-argued case for a general exception from infringement of the moral right of integrity in the case of bona fide social commentary or discourse.  The Committee of AIPPI Australia is supporting Anna in submitting the essay for publication in a suitable IP journal.

Anna's prize consists of complimentary registration at AIPPI’s 2022 World Congress, which is to be held in San Francisco in September 2022, together with return flights and accommodation and a year's complimentary membership of AIPPI.  Each other entrant for the Essay Prize has also received a year's complimentary membership.

The Committee warmly congratulates Anna, and thanks all those who submitted an entry.
